Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve key objectives. Your expertise in SAP ABAP Development will be crucial in driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP solutions to meet project requirements. - Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP ABAP solutions with other systems. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP ABAP Development. - Provide technical guidance and support to project teams. - Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts and techniques. - Experience in designing and developing SAP ABAP objects, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms. - Knowledge of SAP modules and integration points. - Experience with SAP development tools and technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori development. - Experience with SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA. - Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver and SAP UI technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
