You will act as the primary point of contact and lead the effort to ensure successful delivery of the project. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Intune, managing service delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft Intune. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. - Manage service delivery, ensuring that all SLAs are met and customer expectations are exceeded. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Intune and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft Intune. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in service delivery. - Solid understanding of application design, build, and configuration. - Experience in managing service delivery, ensuring that all SLAs are met and customer expectations are exceeded. - Strong technical skills, with the ability to provide guidance and mentorship to team members. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Intune. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
