Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the team's performance, and making key decisions. With your expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), you will provide innovative solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, contributing to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring their successful implementation - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for the project - Ensure the successful implementation of the application development process - Manage the team's performance and provide guidance and support - Oversee the entire application development lifecycle - Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables - Identify and mitigate risks and issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope - Ensure the quality and integrity of the application - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) - Strong understanding of the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module - Experience in designing and configuring SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) applications - Hands-on experience in implementing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) functionalities - Solid grasp of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) integration with other modules - Experience in leading and managing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) projects Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) - This position is based at our Chennai office - A 15 years full-time education is required
