Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure SAP BTP applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP BTP applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications. - Manage project timelines and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in SAP BTP application development, and apply this knowledge to improve the quality and efficiency of our applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience in SAP BTP application development. - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform, including SAP Cloud Foundry and SAP HANA Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP SuccessFactors. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
