Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. With your expertise in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, you will contribute to the success of our projects and drive innovation in application development with a minuimum of 12+ years of Domain experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring successful project delivery - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for the project - Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development principles - Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions - Knowledge of Salesforce integration and customization - Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System - Experience in Apex programming and Visualforce development - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full-time education is required
