Summary: As an Application Lead for SAP Integrated Business Planning IBP, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Integrated Business Planning IBP applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as needed. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Integrated Business Planning IBP, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. - Drive & lead workshop, sound understanding & consolidating business needs, S4 knowledge is must, well versed with core module - Added advantage - oil & gas exp. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: 12+ years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning IBP. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) and SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). - Strong understanding of SAP Integrated Business Planning IBP architecture, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules. - Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning IBP implementation methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Solid grasp of SAP Integrated Business Planning IBP data models, including master data and transactional data. - Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning IBP reporting and analytics tools, including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP BusinessObjects. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning IBP. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP Integrated Business Planning IBP solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
