Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve managing and overseeing the development of SAP CO Management Accounting solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of SAP CO Management Accounting solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of projects. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely completion of projects. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project delivery within scope and budget constraints. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP CO Management Accounting, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP CO Management Accounting. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. - Experience in leading and managing SAP CO Management Accounting projects. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP CO Management Accounting solutions. - Experience in integrating SAP CO Management Accounting with other SAP modules. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP FICO, SAP S/4HANA Finance, and SAP Simple Finance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP CO Management Accounting solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
