Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. With your expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects with a minimum of 12 years domain experience with Salesforce Health Cloud is desired. Candidates with more experience and certifications may be preferred.. Roles & Responsibilities: * Deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud: Proven expertise in configuring, customizing, and implementing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to meet healthcare-specific requirements. * Healthcare domain knowledge: A solid grasp of healthcare industry processes, regulations nd terminology (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR). * Technical proficiency: Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, including user management, role hierarchy, security settings, and data management. * Integration skills: Experience integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with other healthcare systems (e.g., EPIC, Cerner, Healthedge, Facets, and other EHRs, CRMs, billing systems). * Coding skills: Knowledge of Apex , Lightning Web Components is required for advanced customizations along with Omnistudio. * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, clients, and team members effectively. * Certifications: Salesforce Health Cloud certifications (e.g., Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant) and one industry certification like PAHM Nice-to-Have Skills * Experience with other Salesforce clouds: Familiarity with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) can be beneficial. * Project management: Experience managing Salesforce Health Cloud implementation projects. * Consulting experience: Background in consulting or advising healthcare organizations on Salesforce solutions. * Add on features: Nice to have Salesforce CLM experience for document generation. Mandatory requirements : Deep technical skill with a minimum of 9 years domain experience Good experience and expertise in large and complex SI program Strong client facing / presentation skills Got good blend of Solutioning skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce Health Cloud - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full-time education is required
