Summary: As an Application Lead for User Experience Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of applications, with a focus on Microsoft Windows User Interface (UI) Design. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, acting as the primary point of contact, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. - Ensure compliance with established development standards, including coding, testing, and documentation standards. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft Windows User Interface (UI) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Microsoft Creative Design. - Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of applications. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Experience in developing technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
