Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP TM Transportation Management to deliver high-quality solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP TM Transportation Management solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure project success. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP TM Transportation Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other SAP modules such as SAP EWM or SAP GTS. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with SAP implementation projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management. - This position is based at our Pune office.
