Summary: As an Application Lead in Quality Engineering, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Selenium. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to ensure the quality of applications through functional test planning, automated testing, and Java Enterprise Edition. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Selenium, acting as the primary point of contact. - Develop and execute functional test plans to ensure the quality of applications. - Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. - Utilize Java Enterprise Edition to develop and maintain applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Functional Test Planning, Automated Testing, Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes. - Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. - Experience with Java Enterprise Edition and related technologies. - Solid grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Selenium. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
