Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP HCM Time Management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP HCM Time Management solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of projects. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in SAP HCM Time Management, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP HCM Time Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP HCM Time Management solutions. - Strong understanding of SAP HCM Time Management processes and best practices. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions. - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
