Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters, providing guidance and support to team members. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and maintain application documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and release notes. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Manage and prioritize project tasks, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring MVC (Model View Controller). - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience with Java programming language and related frameworks. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with database systems and SQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate frameworks. - Recommendation: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Spring MVC (Model View Controller). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
