Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, design solutions, and develop technical specifications. - Act as the primary point of contact for all technical issues related to SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Ensure the quality of deliverables by conducting code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP GRC, SAP EHS, and SAP MM modules. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance solutions. - Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance architecture and integration with other SAP modules. - Experience in conducting code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality SAP solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
