Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of applications. - Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of applications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: In-depth knowledge of Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
