Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. - Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting-related issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. - Ensure the timely delivery of projects, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Simple Finance, and SAP FICO modules. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP and Activate. - Good To Have Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
