Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) to ensure compliance and risk management for our clients in Pune. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications utilizing SAP GRC for compliance and risk management. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including developers, testers, and project managers. - Provide technical expertise in SAP GRC, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other SAP modules such as SAP Security and SAP Basis. - Strong understanding of compliance and risk management principles. - Experience with SAP GRC configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. - Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP GRC solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
