Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the project, and providing technical expertise and guidance. With your strong leadership skills and technical knowledge, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality applications and driving business success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for the project - Oversee the entire application development process - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Manage the project and ensure its successful implementation Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices - Experience in designing and developing applications - Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks - Familiarity with database management systems - Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Effective communication and collaboration abilities Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries - This position is based in Noida - A 15 years full-time education is required
