Summary: As an Application Lead for SAP HCM Time Management, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, designing and implementing solutions, and providing technical guidance to team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP HCM Time Management solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and business analysts, to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for project delivery, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and timely issue resolution. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP HCM Time Management, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP HCM Time Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP Payroll, SAP HR, and SAP SuccessFactors. - Experience in leading the design and implementation of SAP HCM Time Management solutions. - Strong understanding of SAP HCM Time Management processes and best practices. - Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
