Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the application development process. - Oversee the entire application development process. - Ensure successful implementation of applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications DBA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Applications Development. - Strong understanding of Oracle Applications architecture and components. - Experience in Oracle Applications installation, configuration, and patching. - Knowledge of Oracle Applications database administration and performance tuning. - Familiarity with Oracle Applications security and user management. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Oracle Applications issues. - Solid grasp of Oracle Applications backup and recovery procedures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Applications DBA. - This position is based in Noida. - No specific education requirements.
