Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using React Native. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to deliver high-quality applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using React Native. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. - Ensure the delivery of high-quality applications that meet or exceed customer expectations. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React Native. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
