Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other ERP systems. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows. - Experience in customizing and configuring Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing. - Knowledge of integration techniques and tools for seamless data flow. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A BE degree is required.
