You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing guidance to the team. Your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions and meeting client requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions and provide guidance to the team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical expertise and support to the team throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in application development. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables. - Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. - Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. - Experience in leading application design and development projects. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance Management and Learning Management. - Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules. - Experience with data migration and system integration. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - This position is based in Noida. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
