Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the implementation phase. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in SAP BTP Application Development, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries. - Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and define project scope. - Design and develop high-quality solutions that meet business needs. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Oversee the implementation process and ensure successful delivery. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation phase. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite and Fiori/UI5 and/or ABAP - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP BTP. - Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and its various services. - Familiarity with SAP BTP Integration Suite and and expertise on Iflow, workflow, process automation including SAP data sphere. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Should have implemented at least one end-to-end implementation with clean up core Program in S/4 HANA. - Should have hands on experience in uplifting ABAP code and retrofit in BTP Tool kit with use of BTP integration resource components. - Maintain existing applications with an eye to improve and grow through new and emerging technologies like (Node JS, Java Script). Knowledge on SAP RISE model - Develop and review architecture plans and develop coding and integration standards. S/4 HANA development (CDS,AMDP,ABAP) . Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
