Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and deadlines. Your role will involve providing technical guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring the overall quality and performance of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries and issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Ensure the successful delivery of applications within the defined timelines. - Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges. - Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Perform system testing and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of third-party tools and technologies. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Commvault Backup Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based backup solutions. - Strong understanding of backup and recovery concepts. - Experience in configuring and managing Commvault backup policies and schedules. - Knowledge of disaster recovery strategies and implementation. - Familiarity with storage technologies and protocols. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve backup-related issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Commvault Backup Administration. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
