Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines. Your role will involve providing technical guidance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the overall quality and performance of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries and issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner. - Ensure the overall quality and performance of applications. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance application development and delivery. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in application development. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of third-party tools and technologies for application development. - Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Experience with application design, development, and configuration. - Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop infrastructure. - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Solid understanding of application performance optimization techniques. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
