Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Seeking a candidate with a minimum of 9 years of experience as a Techno-Functional consultant in Oracle-EPM FCCS. candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing EPM cloud solutions, with at least 2 successful implementations Should be able to lead the implementation and configuration of FCCS solution within the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design the system architecture, and ensure successful deployment - Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Manage the team and ensure successful project delivery. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Experience to set up the FCCS application according to business requirements - defining hierarchies, metadata, calculation rules, translation process, journal setup, intercompany setup, task manager N security settings - Understanding of Income statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow setup, different methods of consolidation and their calculations and disclosure - Should have worked with configuring the EPM integration age, web forms, smart view and FR Studio reports, knowledge of loading data using Data Management - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC). - Strong understanding of financial consolidation and close processes. - Experience in designing and implementing Oracle FCC applications. - Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud suite. - Experience in data integration and data mapping. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). - Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud (OFC). - Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC). - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full-time education is required. - Location flex available - Candidate must be willing to work in shifts
