Your typical day will involve managing change management processes and ensuring successful application delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Manage change management processes, ensuring successful application delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality application development. - Ensure compliance with established development standards, policies, and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices. - Experience with application development methodologies, tools, and technologies. - Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Change Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
