Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications are aligned with the needs of the organization and contribute to its overall success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Create technical specifications and design documents. - Ensure that the applications are scalable, reliable, and secure. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Experience in designing and developing applications. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Knowledge of IT service management processes and frameworks. - Experience with ServiceNow platform and its various modules. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of IT operations and infrastructure management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - This position is based at our Mumbai office with location flex for cross location resource. - A 15 years full time education is required.
