Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and collaborating with multiple teams to achieve project goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of applications. - Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration. - Strong understanding of database administration principles and best practices. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA databases. - Knowledge of SAP HANA security and user management. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database issues. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA data modeling and data integration. - Familiarity with SAP HANA backup and recovery procedures. - Knowledge of SAP HANA administration tools and utilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
