Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Proven experience as an RPA Developer with a focus on Blue Prism. - Hands-on experience in developing, configuring, and deploying Blue Prism. - Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and methodologies. Should have working experience in Blue Prism development (fully trained, no learning curve) . - Ensure that RPA solutions adhere to organizational standards, compliance requirements, and best practices. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Blue Prism features, best practices, and industry trends. - Ability to work independently and quickly understand existing code base - Understands agile ways of working. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Robotics Process Automation - Blue Prism - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies - Experience in designing and implementing applications - Knowledge of programming languages such as C# or Java - Familiarity with database management systems - Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation - This position is based in Mumbai - A 15 years full-time education is required
