Summary: As an Application Lead for Custom Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications using Oracle PLSQL. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Manage project timelines, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deadlines. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. - Experience with database design and optimization. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
