Summary: As an Application Lead for Custom Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications using SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle. - Ensure that software solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: Mandatory: S/4 HANA implementation work experience. - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and SAP CRM. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience with software development tools such as JIRA, Git, and Jenkins. - Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL. Additional Information: Industry experience: Life sciences - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
