Summary: As an Application test lead, you will lead the effort to design and configure test plans/scenarios/scripts, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application test execution, in various test cycles, aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to meet the project milestones/exit criteria. You will also engage in daily status reporting, defect triage, problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in test phase execution. - Status reporting - Defect triaging. - Collaborate and manage the stakeholders. - Engage with multiple teams and ensure test execution as per plan. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve test automation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must have experience with working on SAP technology/project. - Must have experience in Tricentis, Qtest testing tools. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Automation Strategy. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Ability to design and implement test automation frameworks. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Test plan and execution. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
