Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading the agile project management process for the team. Your typical day will involve facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring the team is adhering to agile principles and delivering high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the agile project management process, including facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Ensure the team is adhering to agile principles and delivering high-quality software products. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project dependencies and impediments. - Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies and best practices. - Track and report project progress, including sprint velocity, burn-down charts, and team capacity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Agile Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Scrum Framework, Kanban, Lean, and other Agile methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. - Experience in using agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful software projects using agile methodologies. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
