Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the team in designing, building, and configuring applications according to project requirements. - Act as the primary point of contact for the application development team, providing guidance and support throughout the process. - Collaborate with multiple teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and make key decisions. - Manage the team's workload and ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications. - Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring the team performs at its best. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project guidelines. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement. - Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful completion of projects. - Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications using Microsoft Azure Data Services. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture. - Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Cosmos DB. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes using Azure Data Factory. - Knowledge of data storage and retrieval techniques, including SQL and NoSQL databases. - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
