Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Microsoft ASP.NET. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft ASP.NET. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application development and deployment. - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, including code reviews and testing. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Solid grasp of database design and development, including SQL Server and Oracle. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
