Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP FSCM Treasury & Risk Management TRM, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP FSCM Treasury & Risk Management TRM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). - Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Good To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP FSCM Treasury & Risk Management TRM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP FSCM Treasury & Risk Management TRM solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other SAP FSCM modules, such as Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance. - Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. - Experience in project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
