Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects by managing resources, timelines, and budgets. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development process. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js. - - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - - Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications. - - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. - - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Node.js. - - This position is based in Mumbai. - - A minimum of 15 years of education is required.
