Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Agile Requirement Management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation. - Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed. - Ensure adherence to project management best practices, including Agile Requirement Management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Agile Requirement Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum. - Experience in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Asana. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership and team management skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile Requirement Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
