Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Your typical day will involve overseeing the application development process, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives. - Lead the application development process, including design, coding, testing, and deployment. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Ensure the quality and timely delivery of applications. - Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Prepare technical documentation and reports. - Participate in project planning and estimation activities. - Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Front End Development (FED), Microsoft Front End Development (FED) Angular. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility. - Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. - Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Angular. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - Any graduates are required.
