Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. - Contribute actively in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Perform system testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the application development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siebel Open UI. - - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - - Experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications using Siebel Open UI. - - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. - - Familiarity with Oracle database and SQL queries. - - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Siebel Open UI. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
