Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing technical guidance to achieve project objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the application development team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the application development lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA Cloud Platform. - Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL. - Experience in designing and developing SAP HANA data models. - Hands-on experience with SAP HANA development tools and technologies. - Knowledge of SAP HANA security and authorization concepts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
