Summary: As an Application Lead for Duck Creek Policy, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, designing and developing applications, and providing technical guidance to team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and configuration of Duck Creek Policy applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and project requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and scalability. - Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Duck Creek Policy development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in .NET, C#, and SQL Server. - Experience in leading the design and development of Duck Creek Policy applications. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience in code review, performance optimization, and scalability. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Duck Creek Policy development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
