Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Manage and prioritize project tasks to meet deadlines. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and debugging. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in application development. - Identify and resolve any issues or risks that may arise during the development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development. - Strong understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience in developing responsive and user-friendly UI using SAP UI5 framework. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori design principles and best practices. - Experience with SAP Gateway and OData services. - Good understanding of SAP ABAP programming language. - Experience with SAP Web IDE and Eclipse for development. - Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years of full-time education is required.
