Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies. - Experience in leading and managing application development projects. - Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with other systems. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SD modules. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP implementation and migration projects. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications. - Knowledge of ABAP programming language. - Experience in data migration and data conversion. - Solid grasp of business processes related to sales and distribution. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years of full-time education is required.
