Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, making key decisions, and providing innovative solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters - Oversee the entire application development process - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation - Make key decisions regarding application design and functionality - Provide innovative solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables - Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project objectives - Identify and mitigate risks and issues - Monitor and report on project progress - Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies - Experience in designing and developing applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - Knowledge of customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with other systems - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical - This position is based in Mumbai - A 15 years full-time education is required
