Summary: As an Application Lead for Software Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Infosys Finacle. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Infosys Finacle, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Core Banking and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Core Banking. - Primary Skill: Proficiency in Infosys Finacle. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and techniques. - Experience in leading and managing software development projects, including managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors. - Experience in integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in software development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based out of Mumbai location, candidate should be willing to work from client office on a daily basis
