Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of applications. - Manage and oversee the entire application development process. - Provide guidance and support to the development team. - Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in application development. - Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the development process. - Conduct regular meetings and status updates to keep stakeholders informed. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of applications to identify areas for improvement. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in application development. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines. - Coordinate with external vendors and partners, if required. - Provide training and support to end-users. - Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies. - Document and maintain technical specifications and documentation. - Troubleshoot and resolve any application-related issues. - Support the application throughout its lifecycle, including maintenance and upgrades. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration. - Strong understanding of SAP BASIS Administration. - Experience in designing, implementing, and managing SAP landscapes. - Knowledge of SAP system administration, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. - Experience in SAP system upgrades and migrations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA administration. - Experience with SAP Solution Manager. - Experience with SAP Security Administration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A Graduate of Engineering is required.
