Summary: As an Application Lead for Core Banking, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Should have worked in Similar Project as Finacle Application/LOB Lead for at least one Scheduled Commercial Banks in India having more than 1000 branches. - Experience with general application support (incident, change, problem management, controls, monitoring production processing), ITIL framework, industry delivery and support standards and processes, knowledge management systems, contract metrics and SLAs and ITSM tools. - Working experience on Finacle UBS version 10.2.18 or above, knowledge of FCIDE, FSDP, APDM etc. - Minimum 5 years of in-scope solutions experience as mentioned of Core banking Application Support and with total Seven years' experience in the field of Banking IT Application / support of related solutions - Customization, Implementation, Configuration. - Knowledge of Banking Operation Logic, RTGS, NEFT, Trade Finance, EOD, BOD etc. - Knowledge of Internet Banking (FEBA Ver. 11.X or higher), - Working experience of Finacle Scripting - Should have worked in Similar Project as Finacle Application L2/L3 for at least one Scheduled Commercial Banks in India having more than 1000 branches. - C24 / Finacle Integrator knowledge Professional & Technical Skills: - Deep understanding of banking business processes, regulations, and industry trends. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving organizational goals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members. - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Core Banking application development and implementation. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices. Additional Information: - 10-12 years of experience in Application Maintenance Services (AMS) in Banking sector. - This position is based at our Mumbai office and requires availability for 24*7 shift work. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
